Nancy Myrland is a Marketing, Business Development, Content, Social & Digital Media Speaker, Trainer & Advisor who helps lawyers, law firms, and legal marketers grow by integrating all marketing disciplines. 

She is a frequent LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook for Business trainer, as well as a content marketing specialist. She helps lawyers and legal marketers understand how to make their marketing and business development efforts more relevant to their current and potential clients, and helps lead firms through their online digital strategy when dealing with high-stakes, visible cases. 

As an early and constant adopter of social and digital technology, she also helps firms with inbound marketing, blogging, podcasting, video marketing, and livestreaming.  

Nancy created The Lawyer's Marketing Academy in 2017 in response to the growing trend and request for online training in marketing, business development, content, social and digital media. The Lawyer's Marketing Academy allows her to add yet another way she can help lawyers around the world who are truly interested in growing their practices and strengthening their relationships with their clients. 

She brings over twenty years of marketing, management, sales, community relations, content, social and digital media experience to her clients and understands the dynamics of a client/business partner relationship as she has thrived in both roles.

Having spent several years early in her career in advertising sales and production, Nancy then continued her sales career in the real estate field before answering the call to become a life-long marketer.

She spent ten valuable years in marketing with Time Warner, creating and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns in a fast-paced, business-to-consumer, entrepreneurial, numbers and budget-driven corporate environment.

Nancy entered law firm and legal marketing when she joined the law firm of Baker & Daniels, now known as Faegre Baker Daniels, as their Director of Marketing, where she learned the critical skills necessary for firms to create sound marketing strategy based on internal and external client needs and feedback. While in-house, she managed the marketing and community affairs department, which consisted of ten marketing professionals, along with overseeing marketing efforts of seven offices around the world.
